Nutan College of Professional Education (NCPE) is committed to providing a safe environment for all its students and employees. In accordance with the Supreme Court’s Vishaka Guidelines and the POSH Act, the Sexual Harassment Committee is dedicated to preventing and redressing any form of sexual harassment or gender-based discrimination on campus.
To create awareness among students and staff regarding their rights and the standards of professional conduct through regular sensitization programs.
To provide a confidential and time-bound mechanism for the redressal of complaints, ensuring that the complainant feels heard and protected.
To ensure that no student or staff member faces retaliation for reporting a concern and that a healthy, respectful atmosphere is maintained.
To ensure absolute privacy and secure handling of sensitive data, all formal complaints can be filed through the NCPE Campus ERP System. This module is monitored directly by the Presiding Officer to ensure end-to-end confidentiality.
