"Upholding a Culture of Respect, Equality, and Safety"
In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, NCPE has constituted the Internal Complaint Committee. Our mandate is to prevent gender-based discrimination and to provide a secure, confidential, and professional platform for the redressal of complaints, ensuring a healthy environment for all students and staff.
Conducting regular workshops and awareness programs to educate the campus community on gender equality and professional ethics.
Managing formal complaints through a time-bound, unbiased, and highly confidential inquiry process as per statutory norms.
Ensuring the protection of the complainant and witnesses against any form of retaliation or victimization during the process.
To ensure absolute privacy and a direct channel to the committee, NCPE provides a secure and encrypted reporting module within the Campus ERP System. All submissions are monitored directly by the Presiding Officer to maintain complete confidentiality.
