In strict accordance with the UGC Regulations (2009) and the directives of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, Nutan College of Professional Education maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy towards ragging. Ragging is a cognizable offense, and any student found involved in such activities will face immediate disciplinary action, including expulsion and legal proceedings.
Physical Abuse: Any act that prevents, disrupts, or causes physical injury or threat to health.
Verbal & Mental: Insulting, teasing, or using foul language to cause psychological trauma or humiliation.
Digital Harassment: Bullying or spreading offensive content via social media or electronic messaging.
