Objective

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) at NCPE is constituted to promote and maintain a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment. Our primary objective is to ensure that all grievances—whether academic, administrative, or personal—are addressed with complete impartiality and within a stipulated timeframe.

We encourage students and staff to express their difficulties without fear of victimization. Every concern is treated with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Grievance Handling Process

1. Submission

Lodge a formal grievance via the Campus ERP Portal or the Physical Suggestion Box.

2. Verification

The Committee Secretary verifies the complaint and acknowledges receipt within 48 hours.

3. Investigation

The committee meets to review evidence and conduct interviews with relevant parties.

4. Resolution

A final decision is communicated to the aggrieved party through the ERP system.

Confidential Digital Filing

To maintain transparency and a digital trail of accountability, NCPE utilizes a Grievance Management Module within the Campus ERP. Students can file their complaints anonymously or with their ID, track the live status of their grievance, and view the final resolution remarks.
