DCHPE Dumka is committed to providing a place of work and study free of sexual harassment, intimidation, or exploitation. In accordance with the Supreme Court guidelines (Vishaka Judgement) and the POSH Act, the Sexual Harassment Committee is dedicated to protecting the fundamental rights of every individual on campus, including students of B.Pharm, D.Pharm, and Nursing.
To create a gender-sensitized community through regular awareness programs, posters, and interactive sessions.
To provide a neutral, confidential, and time-bound mechanism for the redressal of complaints as per statutory norms.
To ensure that victims are supported and that no student or staff member faces retaliation for reporting a concern.

To ensure absolute privacy and a secure audit trail, all formal complaints can be filed through the DCHPE Campus ERP System. This module is monitored directly by the Presiding Officer to ensure confidentiality.
