In accordance with the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging (2009) and the directives of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Indian Nursing Council (INC), DCHPE Dumka maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy. Ragging is a criminal offense, and the college is committed to ensuring a secure and supportive environment for all students.
The following acts, whether physical, verbal, or digital, are strictly prohibited on and off-campus:
Physical Abuse: Any act that causes physical harm, threat to health, or bodily injury.
Psychological Harm: Teasing, treating with rudeness, or causing mental trauma to any student.
Financial Extortion: Forcing students to pay for meals, errands, or any unauthorized expenses.
Victims or witnesses can report any incident to the following members 24/7. Your identity will remain confidential.

As part of our commitment to safety, Dumka College of Health and Professional Education manages all statutory compliance through our Campus ERP System. Every student and guardian is required to submit their Anti-Ragging Affidavit digitally, ensuring a verifiable and transparent record of adherence to national norms.
