Important Notice

Refunds are processed strictly as per the prevailing guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the State Government of Jharkhand. The college reserves the right to deduct administrative and registration charges as per institutional norms.

General Provisions

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the prescribed Formal Application.
  • Processing of any eligible refund is subject to the verification of original documents and clearance of all dues.
  • Registration fees and certain administrative levies are Non-Refundable.
