Objective & Compliance

In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, DCHPE Dumka has constituted the Internal Complaint Committee. Our primary objective is to prevent any form of gender-based discrimination and to provide a secure, confidential platform for the redressal of complaints related to sexual harassment.

Role of the ICC

Prevention & Awareness

Organizing workshops and seminars to sensitize students and staff about gender equality and professional boundaries.

Confidential Inquiry

Conducting time-bound and unbiased inquiries into formal complaints while protecting the privacy of all parties involved.

Support & Redressal

Recommending appropriate disciplinary actions and providing necessary support to the aggrieved person.

Committee Constitution

To ensure a balanced and fair perspective, the ICC is comprised of the following functional roles:
