Champaran College of Professional Education (CCPEUS) is committed to upholding the principles of transparency and accountability as mandated by the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005. 2. First Appellate Authority (FAA)

If an applicant is unsatisfied with the decision of the PIO or does not receive a response within 30 days, an appeal may be filed with the FAA:

3. Application Guidelines

  • Submission Mode: Requests must be submitted in writing (Hard Copy) or through official electronic mail in either Hindi or English.
  • Prescribed Fee: As per government norms, a fee of ₹10/- must accompany the application, payable via Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque, or Indian Postal Order in favor of the appropriate college authority.
  • Statutory Timeline: The Public Information Officer is mandated to respond to the request within 30 days of its official receipt.
  • Appeals: Any appeal against the PIO's decision must be filed within 30 days of the decision or the expiry of the response period.
