Champaran College of Professional Education (CCPEUS) is committed to upholding the principles of transparency and accountability as mandated by the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005. To ensure the effective exercise of this right by the public, the college has designated the following statutory authorities to handle information requests and appeals.

3. Application Guidelines

• Submission Mode: Requests must be submitted in writing (Hard Copy) or through official electronic mail in either Hindi or English.
• Prescribed Fee: As per government norms, a fee of ₹10/- must accompany the application, payable via Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque, or Indian Postal Order in favor of the appropriate college authority.
• Statutory Timeline: The Public Information Officer is mandated to respond to the request within 30 days of its official receipt.
• Appeals: Any appeal against the PIO's decision must be filed within 30 days of the decision or the expiry of the response period.
